Game Overview:
Persona 5 Tactica is a turn-based strategy RPG developed by P-Studio and published by Atlus.
Its story sees the Phantom Thieves transported to a realm living under tyrannical oppression, where they agree to aid a mysterious revolutionary named Erina.
A young member of the National Diet who's rumoured to become the next Prime Minister, Toshiro tends to act with safety as his first priority.
Going by the alias Panther, the Phantom Thief member wields Carmina, attacks with a whip and uses a submachine gun for ranged damage.
As Skull of the Phantom Thieves, Ryuji can unleash hard-hitting melee attacks and cut through several foes with Captain Kid.
Marie is the new antagonist who leads the Kingdom tyrannically, while Toshiro Kasukabe is a young politician from the real world.
The Revolutionary Army leader can do it all, whether attacking and debuffing multiple enemies, pushing them away or healing allies.
Take out distant enemies with Joker, sweep them away with Morgana, or use Erina to weaken targets while healing teammates.
The "cat" of the Phantom Thieves can attack multiple enemies in battle and even summon Zorro to deal Wind damage in a radius.
Fan favourite characters Goro Akechi and Kasumi Yoshizawa will seemingly be included in the tactics title's day one DLC, Repaint Your Heart.
When positioned accordingly, allies can initiate Triple Threat, an All-Out-style attack that damages enemies within that area.
As expected, Atlus has confirmed that its upcoming Persona titles won't be exclusive to Xbox- though curiously enough, a Switch version hasn't been announced for Persona 3 Reload.
Persona 5 Tactics is a turn-based tactics spinoff of Atlus' beloved RPG series and is due out in November this year.
A leaked reveal trailer confirms recent rumours of an announcement at the upcoming Xbox Games Showcase.
Rumours have strongly suggested that a ground-up remake of Persona 3 will be announced in the coming days.
Descriptions for Atlus panels scheduled for next month's Anime Expo seem to be hinting at announcements that'll be made prior to that.
Rumours continue to point to an imminent Persona 3 Remake reveal, while new evidence for a Persona 5 spinoff has also seemingly emerged.
