Alan Wake 2, new BioWare franchise and MGS: Rising re-reveal set for VGA 2011

Spike, hosts of the annual Video Game Awards, announced recently in a press release that an all new BioWare game from a new franchise and Alan Wake 2 will be among the several reveals made at the awards ceremony when it takes place on on December 10.

The new BioWare game is being developed by a brand new BioWare studio.

And after months of rumours and speculations and a confirmations by the developers of its existence sometime ago, Alan Wake 2 will be officially announced at the Video Game Awards as well.

Teases for the new BioWare IP and Alan Wake 2 will be in the next issue of Game Informer.

A Metal Gear Solid: Rising re-reveal has also been confirmed, true to Kojima’s words, who said that there is something big in store for the game this winter. “The truth about Metal Gear Solid: Rising will finally be revealed at 2011 VGAs,” tweets Geoff Keighly.
